"because if you didn't, I never would've met Todd. [laughs]"

"I mean, I never would've pictured you with a guy like Todd."

"Well, you know, the personal barber."

"The income property. You gotta admit, he's a little much."

"and he wants to get married and have a big family."

"And thanks to his income property,"

"you don't need to worry about finding another place for the twins."

"What does that mean?"

"I… I heard about the fire, and I'm so sorry, by the way."

"Uh, but at least you don't have to stress about finding another house."

"I'm not stressed out."

"I spoke to the contractor about rebuilding."

"Oh, construction always takes longer than you think."

"So instead of renting the house out,"

"Todd and I will live together in Clear River."

"It's got a huge yard and a big pool."

"My house will be ready within six months. The kids won't even be walking by then."

"I'm just saying that if you decide not to rebuild or whatever,"

"you can visit the twins whenever you want."

"Visit?"

"Yeah, and Todd says we don't even need a formal custody agreement."

"We can have an open-door policy, and you can come and go as you please."

"Within reason, of course."

"-I saw Charlie in the parking lot. -Who's Charlie?"

"You know, Charlie, gray hair, hangs out at Jack's?"

"-That really old guy? -Yeah."

"You know the desk clerk? That's his nephew."

"[scoffs] I mean, what are the chances?"

"In a place like this? Pretty high."

"-Charlie knows everyone. -So?"

"So he could tell Connie we're here. Paul could tell someone who knows Connie."
